Sourcemeta Contribution License Acceptance

Sourcemeta Contribution License Acceptance

Sourcemeta projects are dual licensed. Anyone may use them under their open-source license, and Sourcemeta additionally offers them under commercial terms, including by selling exceptions to the open-source license. To make that possible, contributors license their contributions to Sourcemeta under the Contribution License contained in the Sourcemeta contributing guidelines.

By signing this agreement, you confirm that:

  1. You have read the Sourcemeta contributing guidelines, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference in its entirety.

  2. You accept the Contribution License for every contribution you submit to any Sourcemeta project and, as described in its Acceptance and Versions section, for the contributions you previously submitted, unless you exclude past contributions when you accept.

  3. You understand that you keep the copyright in your contributions and that you grant Sourcemeta the non-exclusive licenses described in the Contribution License, including the right to license your contributions under commercial terms.

If you do not wish to accept, do not sign. You may withdraw your submission instead, and no terms beyond the open-source license of the corresponding project will apply to it.

The version of the Contribution License published in the sourcemeta/.github repository when you submit a contribution governs that contribution, with the Git history of that file as the authoritative record.
