 SPARK NEC ("SPARK," "the App") is developed by Spark Benchmark. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

 What We Collect
 SPARK collects the following data when you use the app:

 Photos you submit for analysis. When you take or select a photo for an NEC inspection, that image is sent to our server for AI analysis. Photos are processed in real time and stored on our server to improve inspection accuracy.
 Inspection data. The AI-generated verdicts, NEC code citations, and any corrections or feedback you provide are stored to improve the system.
 Review data. Journeyman review decisions (approve, edit, reject) are stored alongside the inspection they relate to.
 Device information. Basic device type and OS version may be collected for debugging purposes.
 What We Do Not Collect
 We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identity information through the app.
 We do not collect location data.
 We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
 We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
 How We Use Your Data
 All data collected is used solely to:

 Provide real-time NEC code analysis of electrical work
 Improve the accuracy of the AI inspection model over time
 Enable the apprentice-journeyman review workflow
 Debug and fix issues with the app
 Data Storage
 Inspection data and photos are stored on a privately hosted server operated by Spark Benchmark. Data is not stored on third-party cloud services. Access is limited to authorized team members.

 Data Retention
 Inspection data is retained for as long as needed to train and improve the AI model. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

 Third-Party Services
 SPARK uses the following third-party services:

 Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered image analysis. Photos are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
 ngrok — for secure tunneling to the analysis server during the alpha/beta period.
 Children's Privacy
 SPARK is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

 Changes to This Policy
 We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
