- 2 cans Kidney Beans (or sub one can for regular beans)
- 2 cans spaghetti sauce
- 2 packets of chili mix or chili powder to taste
- 1 lb ground beef, spiced to taste
- Vegetables to taste
- Grab a large cooking pot
- Brown ground beef
- Drain beef
- Throw in spices
- Throw in sauce and chili mix
- Throw in vegetables and beans
- Simmer uncovered for a couple hours
