Getting zsh to work in ubuntu is weird, since sh does not understand the source command. So, you do this to install zsh

curl -L https://github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/raw/master/tools/install.sh | sh

and then you change your shell to zsh

chsh -s `which zsh`

and then restart

inoremap <silent> <Bar> <Bar><Esc>:call <SID>align()<CR>a
function! s:align()
let p = '^\s*|\s.*\s|\s*$'
if exists(':Tabularize') && getline('.') =~# '^\s*|' && (getline(line('.')-1) =~# p || getline(line('.')+1) =~# p)
let column = strlen(substitute(getline('.')[0:col('.')],'[^|]','','g'))
let position = strlen(matchstr(getline('.')[0:col('.')],'.*|\s*\zs.*'))
Tabularize/|/l1
normal! 0
call search(repeat('[^|]*|',column).'\s\{-\}'.repeat('.',position),'ce',line('.'))

Get the Heroku db as detailed here:
http://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/pgbackups#exporting_via_a_backup
1. heroku pgbackups:capture
2. heroku pgbackups:url <backup_num> #=>backup_url
- get backup_num with cmd "heroku pgbackups"
3. curl -o latest.dump <backup_url>
Then locally do:
$ pg_restore --verbose --clean --no-acl --no-owner -h localhost -U myuser -d mydb latest.dump
#Model
@user.should have(1).error_on(:username) # Checks whether there is an error in username
@user.errors[:username].should include("can't be blank") # check for the error message
#Rendering
response.should render_template(:index)
#Redirecting
response.should redirect_to(movies_path)

HOWTO: Using FileMerge (opendiff) with Git on OSX

FileMerge (opendiff) can really come in handy when you need to visually compare merging conflicts. Other times it's just a nice visual way to review your days work.

The following method works by creating a simple bash script (git-diff-cmd.sh) that sets us up with the proper command line arguments for Git to pass off files to FileMerge.
