症状まとめ

• Azure CDNのエンドポイントにIPv6でアクセスすると、レスポンスが返ってこない場合がある
• どのIPv6アドレスからアクセスもNGというわけではなく、OKなところとNGなところがある
• ping6は通るのでネットワーク的な到達性はある
• HTTP GETした場合、接続まではできて、リクエスト送信しても反応がない
• 個別のAzure CDN契約がアクセスできないというわけではなさそうで、Azure CDNを利用しているtenki.jpや、Office Onlineのファイルも取れない
