Elysium Studios is committed to protecting our customer's privacy, and we will endeavour to collect as little data as necessary from our end users. When we do collect data, we will endeavour to be as transparent as possible concerning why and your rights in regards to the collection. That is our privacy policy in a nutshell.
We are Elysium Studios Cooperative, P.B.C. (d/b/a Elysium Studios and Elysium Games). Our principal web address is https://elysium.coop.
When you express interest in a game we're working on or have published, or you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your first name and your e-mail address. We also collect your name and e-mail through contact forms, though we use end-to-end encrypted e-mail accounts in order to ensure the e-mail you send us isn't easily hacked and/or decrypted.
Our mailing list is provided as a service to Elysium Studios by MailChimp.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
We currently use Jetpack Analytics by Automattic. Jetpack is a third-party service and you can review their privacy practices here.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any time this policy is updated, we will endeavour to keep a history of the privacy policies. Since this is the first version of the privacy policy, we are still working on discovering a means that allows for a reliable storage of our privacy policy and we'll endeavour to have it in place by the time we need to update this policy.
