Requires curl and clangd commands, so install those two tools before beginning.
how are curl and clangd installed? what are the full extension names?

Open vscode, press F1 for the command palette, run "Profiles: Import Profile...", and paste
https://gist.github.com/khuldraeseth/1fc7a810f9e9914676f6d90cb62d5c62when prompted for the profile to import. Make sure the newly imported profile is active. Then command palette again, "Tasks: Run Task...", and select thesetuptask.
