I could never forgive Samsung for how bloated they make Android. I
gave up on them after my S7 became very sluggish would take forever to open apps. I only had it for a year.

You can actually do workout tracking with Samsung

there is strongapp for android (source: i use it) but comparing it to ios screenshots, it seems less polished

Did Samsung use Google Assistant and not Bixby this time? Nova Launcher is nice and all but all my favorite features/tweaks are implemented in the Pixel Launcher.

I really enjoy stock Android. Not a huge fan of Samsung's skins and default apps. They may be nicer with the new launcher but TouchWiz was a mess. IMO go Pixel

Some of the pros that you've mentioned are applicable for all Android devices and are not specific to S10. I would ask why S10, and why not a Pixel? Pixel will have stock Android, faster updates and plenty of exclusive features.

Pixel looks ugly af.
