Teamevent at the Haus 3
Since there was a rising demand in kidney tables to build for other offices we decided to go one step further and think about how the teams could do a teamevent and take something they build with them back to the office.
Since building a table is something that not every person would get involvement with we looked for other interesting or usable utensils for the office space and collected some ideas that could be done in a few hours all while keeping everyone involved and entertained.

at 16:00h ~ 16:30h. After a small hello round and a tour through the workshop with a bit of explanations about the tools and rules in the shop, we'll all pick a piece to work on. When everyone settled on something to do or to help with, we'll start working on the projects.
First and foremost, we as the instructors to this will do this for free as in we don't charge any loan on this. We want to keep the price to a reasonable amount per person and we will do all the prep work upfront, e.g. getting the material, milling it down to the correct thickness and sizes etc. We will provide all materials, including sandpaper, woodglue, tools as well as a finish.The coast per person will be 50€ excluding taxes. This will be sufficient for one Kidney table including legs as well as a smaller project per person. It will also include the usage of the open workshop with all it's tools.
There are a couple of options to choose from. They might take you a bit longer or shorter depending on how nice you want them to be and how much experience with the tools you already have. Also, let us know if you have anything else in mind in order to prep accordingly :)There are two versions of smartphone stands you could do - one is small an you only have to do a bit of cutting, sanding and decorative work. The other one is a bit more complex and you would have to to a bit more chiseling as well as fitting. Have a look:

The big project, but only for a single person. This project is a screen raiser with a stylish touch to it. It might not get done completely in that evening, depending on how we approach it. If this is something you really fancy, let's talk :)
