5 repos the AI builder community can't stop talking about, and what to steal from each

These five kept coming up across the AI builder community this week, so here is what each one is and the one thing worth taking from it.

1. everything-claude-code

  • What it is: the most starred Claude Code configuration collection, battle-tested setups covering agents, skills, hooks, rules, and memory persistence across sessions. Installs as a Claude Code plugin.
  • Steal: open it like a menu, take the two or three configs that match how you work, skip the rest. Read it as a masterclass in how serious people structure their setups.
  • Note: its own tagline calls it an agent harness performance system.

2. awesome-claude-code

  • What it is: the curated index of the Claude Code ecosystem, skills, slash commands, plugins, subagents, kept clean and constantly updated.
  • Steal: star it once and stop needing twitter threads to find tools. If you build something yourself, submit it here so people find you.

3. archify

  • What it is: an agent skill for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and OpenCode that turns a codebase into an interactive architecture diagram, multiple views, motion, one self-contained HTML file.
  • Install: npx skills add tt-a1i/archify -g
  • Steal: run it on day one with any unfamiliar codebase, yours or anyone's. Seeing the system drawn is a different kind of understanding.

4. Agent-Reach

  • What it is: gives your coding agent real internet reach, X, Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, 16+ platforms through one installer, so the agent can research, pull transcripts, and read threads without you pasting the internet into chat.
  • Steal: install it once and let the agent do its own research.
  • Honest note: it is zero API fees, not zero setup. It runs on your cookies and free services, and it is a router that installs and health-checks tools rather than a magic universal API. Know what you are installing.

5. awesome-harness-engineering
