The intertwined shore becomes green fingers
that embrace the quiet sea

Islands float as if to hide the horizon,
merging with the intricate coastline

Gentle waves come
through the gaps in the shore,
slowly advancing and retreating

The distant sound of fishing boats
and the soft ripples their paths leave behind

When a black kite soars high, gazing beyond the horizon,
the blue rock thrush peers into the sea

Each wing’s trajectory weaves unseen threads
that connect the sky over this cove

The voices of birds borne on the sea breeze
meld with the sound of the waves

The boundaries of this world
are ambiguous and soft

Far beyond, where the horizon fades away,
everything becomes one
