These are very slow for me, any alternative can you suggest ?

Use these repositories:

• deb https://mirrors.ocf.berkeley.edu/kali kali-rolling main non-free contrib
• deb-src https://mirrors.ocf.berkeley.edu/kali kali-rolling main non-free contrib

Comment out the second one with a #

You can also try this mirror as repository for your Kali Installation

deb http://ftp.harukasan.org/kali kali-rolling main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.harukasan.org/kali kali-rolling main non-free contrib

These mirrors are fast in my country.
