## 4. In-App Purchases

New Collections App offers an optional Pro subscription at $4.99/month. Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. ## 5. Photos

Photos you add to your collections are stored locally on your device within the App's sandboxed storage. They are not uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

If you delete the App, all data stored within it — including collections, items, and photos — will be **permanently deleted** from your device. We have no ability to recover this data.

## 7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.
