# Terms of Service

**New Collections App**

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using New Collections App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms.

## 3. Service Description

New Collections App is a personal collection tracking and cataloging app. It allows users to create collections (trading cards, vinyl records, sneakers, coins, watches, comics, etc.), add items with photos, values, conditions, and custom fields, and view analytics. All data is stored locally on your device.

## 4. Pricing and Subscriptions

### Free Tier
- Up to 3 collections
- Up to 50 items
- Basic analytics

### Pro Subscription ($4.99/month)
- Unlimited collections
- Unlimited items
- Full analytics
- CSV export

New Collections App Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

## 5. Data Ownership and Storage

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. If you delete the App, all data within it will be permanently lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

## 6. Valuations Disclaimer

Item values entered in the App are user-provided and for personal tracking purposes only. Now Media Agency provides no appraisal, certification, or guarantee of accuracy regarding any valuations displayed in the App.

## 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now Media Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

## 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
