解释：
唯链特性：VTHO 合约是一个ERC20合约，但是它本身实现方法是节点程序自带的Go语言实现的。有固定的合约地址。
实现过程中，transfer()方法在过量的时候返回了 revert 和 revertReason，所以不用safeTransfer()
