- greens of choice: collard/beet/mustard, swiss chard, spinach
- fresh garlic, finely chopped
- raisins
- pine nuts
- 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Soak the raisins in hot water until softened. Drain.
- Remove stems from greens and chop into 1-2'' pieces
- In a large pot or pan, boil water and blanch greens until tender
- Sauté garlic in olive oil
- Add pine nuts
- Add raisins and greens and combine thoroughly
- Add salt, pepper and extra olive oil to taste
