Testing Plan for CORE-554

Prerequisites

  • Signed in Lendesk user
  • Development Email Account pre-authenticated with the user
  • A file to attach to an email

Testing Steps

  • Send an email with an attachment to the Development Email Account
  • Send an email without an attachment to the Development Email Account
  • In the inbox link both of these emails to an application of your choice
  • Once linking is complete visit the application.
  • Open the email sidecar
  • Ensure that the paperclip icon is showing for the email with an attachment
  • Ensure that the papaerclip icon is not visible for the email without an attachment
