Adding Exuberant CTag support to VIM

Vim & Ctags
Ctags will create a tags file, so make sure to add it to your global .gitignore file and never commit it
# INSTALLATION
### Install exuberant ctags with brew
brew install ctags
### Decommission system ctags
cd /usr/bin
sudo mv ctags ctags.system
### Install the taglist plugin with vundle
Bundle 'https://github.com/vim-scripts/taglist.vim.git'
### Add nice bindings
map <Leader>rt :!ctags --extra=+f -R *<CR><CR>
map <C-\> :tnext<CR>
