Goals

  1. Become stream-enterer and memorize ancient Buddhist texts before death
  2. Practice the Buddha's teaching: 5 precepts, uposatha, noble eightfold path
  3. Practice Buddha's meditations: brahmavihara, sati, asubha, anapana, jhana
  4. Practice OMAD with mostly vegetables, fruits, eggs, and whole foods
  5. Reduce sugar & salt, avoid nicotine & caffeine, and maintain good postures
  6. Walk at least 7k steps daily
  7. Have 11-12% BFP
  8. Skilled in dealing strategies, small unit tatics, muay, and staff
  9. Fluent in Pali and English; Basic conversation and reading in Chinese
  10. Get a college degree; Improve SWE skills
  11. Land an ethical remote job if possible
  12. Pilgrimage to 4 holy places relate to the Buddha
  13. Have enough money for elders' unexpected health problems
  14. Reborn in a heaven realm and have a cute celestial wife
