Delivery Promise

1. Delivery Promise Overview

Get it for the weekend! Shop with confidence with Backcountry.com’s Delivery Promise. Look for eligible
product pages that display the Delivery Promise, select a shipping option that lists a promised delivery
date in the checkout process, and we promise to deliver it by that date. If UPS doesn’t attempt to deliver
by that date, we don’t fulfill our promise, and we’ll refund the associated shipping charges!

It’s that simple!

2. Checkout

Look for the “Order in the next … and choose” message that displays a delivery promise date and shipping
options. This means that the item is eligible for Delivery Promise and displays the soonest dates we could
deliver it to you if ordered within the time displayed and selected the associated express service.

To place your Delivery Promise order:

Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.

Select a UPS express service-eligible shipping address within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii,
and U.S. Territories, but not P.O. boxes or APO, DPO, or FPO addresses).

Select one of the promised shipping options advertised on the product page.

The order must be placed before the deadline listed for the associated shipping method, and all items in
the cart must be eligible for the delivery promise. In other words, we won't be able to process items that
can be promised separately from items that can't be promised.

3. Eligibility

Unfortunately not all of our items are eligible: exclusions include items that are required to ship freight,
ORM-D and HAZMAT, items available for pre-order or backorder, or bike builds. Eligible product pages will
display the Delivery Promise on in-stock items.

Orders for multiple items, or multiple copies of the same item, may take longer to assemble and may
not be eligible for guaranteed delivery, even if the items are listed as eligible.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address or shipping options after you place
the order might affect your eligibility for Delivery Promise.

Lastly, our Delivery Promise does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by
events beyond our control.

Delivery Promise

Backcountry.com now guarantees delivery dates for certain types of products when customers use either
next day or two day shipping methods. Except for the extreme UPS service interruption or events beyond
our control, if UPS doesn’t attempt to deliver by that date, we don’t fulfill our promise, and we’ll
refund the associated shipping charges!

The order must be placed before the deadline listed for the associated shipping method, and all items
in the cart must be eligible for the delivery promise. Items not eligible for the delivery promise include:
