I'm getting an error:

jq: error (at :1): strptime/1 only supports ISO 8601 on this platform

I thought it was just a timestamp thing, so I ignored it, but the html file ended up being blank.

This looks to be a limitation of jq on your OS. If you're using WSL try installing jq using linuxbrew else you can solve this by removing the ADD_DATE and MODIFIED_DATE parts of line 50. This will however mean you lose the ordering when importing the bookmarks file.

Is linuxbrew MacOS only? I'm having trouble finding info on it.

No. Sorry. Old habit. linuxbrew is the old name Homebrew on Linux which can be used on WSL too.

I tried removing ADD_DATE and MODIFIED_DATE but uhh I got errors, I don't know what part of the code exactly to cut.
