2, 用微不足道的成就来欺骗自己
3, 轻易贬损、批评、指导他人
和第一条互补，而不是将心比心，站在他人的角度看问题。
4, 承受不起批评，自己永远是正确的
5, 不懂得尊重他人的时间、精力和感情
