Weirdness:
$ rails --version
Rails 3.0.0
$ gem list rails
rails (3.0.5, 3.0.3, 3.0.0)
Fixed with:
$ sudo gem uninstall rails
Selected 'Uninstall all'
$ sudo gem install rails
