Process for issue declaration for CADL and DPG related issues

When creating an issue for DPG:

• Add the project "CADL Project" https://github.com/orgs/Azure/projects/142
• Set the milestone for the correct month
• Labels:
  • Add the label WS: Code Generation
  • Add a Epic: xxx label to this issue. See possible labels here: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python/labels?q=epic%3A
• Finish the issue text with "Epic: <link>" with a link to your epic.
• If the issue is blocked on some CADL work, finish the issue with "CADL Blocking: <link>" with a link to the "DPG Impact" issue.

• Make sure to include this issue in an Epic. This will help us "roll up" the work so we can more prioritize across all our efforts and help effectively manage dependencies.
  • Add the WS: Code Generation label
  • Add the label for the containing epic. This will look like Epic: xxx where xxx is the name of the epic.
