Things we want to get done for the community along with bounties for each.

Notes

A project is done when a k8s kustomization is submitted to the gitops repo, and it is live and available for users to use. Also must have some kind of backup solution (hosted postgres with backup services is acceptable for a first pass)

The goal is to make it trivial for anyone to grab any module and hack on it locally then submit updates we can deploy to the rest of the community.

Everyone should be able to be a #! administrator.

Services

All of these are services we would like to self host for the community.

The order they get deployed in entirely depends on who volunteers for what.

Mentorship is available to anyone that wants to take on one of these and does not know how.

Drive 501c3 non-profit status

• We already are a C corp so we should be able to convert. Who knows lawyers?

• Because we don't do enough EE stuff anymore and it would be fun to learn.
