Why

Although @setup/node as a built-in cache option, it lacks an opportunity regarding cache persistence. Depending on usage, the action below might give you faster installs and potentially reduce carbon emissions (♻️🌳❤️).

Requirements

Yarn 3+/4+ with nodeLinker: node-modules. (Not using yarn ? see the corresponding pnpm 7/8+ action gist)

Structure

Pure ESM package

The package that linked you here is now pure ESM. It cannot be require()'d from CommonJS.

This means you have the following choices:

Use ESM yourself. (preferred)
Use import foo from 'foo' instead of const foo = require('foo') to import the package. You also need to put "type": "module" in your package.json and more. Follow the below guide.
If the package is used in an async context, you could use await import(…) from CommonJS instead of require(…).
Stay on the existing version of the package until you can move to ESM.

Haproxy conditions

Since I keep forgetting them I've put them here.

To form a condition, you can use the following syntax after the rule that it applies to:

if you update your package.json only. and then run yarn install --frozen-lockfile

The above error show you on console.
