All of the entities missing semicolons are incorrect.

@StoneCypher If some browsers interpret the ones without semicolons, then those are each a different way to encode the charcter. Did you mean to say "they're not according to spec"?
For example: In some, if not all, browsers <sometext will not be parsed correctly. <sometext would be.
