John(19:28:05): Normally, an account must be upgraded to Full Access in order to view the bill; however with that lock I can't tell if that is the case. | |
You should still be able to pay the bill, even with that lock. | |

If you mouse over MYVERIZON, you'll see an option to pay that bill. | |

John(19:34:03): I'm very sorry, but it looks like this account was registered before the services were installed; a pre-provisioned account such as this is not completely filled out until after that installation. | |
John(19:35:08): There is nothing I can do here; the billing information on the account is put in after you sign in, but that block is preventing that. I can't add it, I can't touch an account once Billing locks it, except for a password reset. | |
Me(19:35:45): are you able to remove the $7 late fee on my account? This issue with my billing has prevented me from paying in a timely manner to be honest. | |
John(19:36:48): There should not be a charge to pay from a Verizon store, or to mail a check into Verizon directly. However, to pay online/without being logged in, or to pay over the phone, there is a $3.50 charge. | |
That lock can only be removed after that payment is made, or by our billing department. I would be more than happy to assist you with avoiding that charge, but I cannot touch an account locked by billing. |
