*Very* simple URL parser.

Simple URL parser.

Example usage:
url('/pathname?name=steve').query; returns { name: "steve" }
url('/pathname').resulting; returns http://example.com/pathname

What about browser compatibility?
But nice thing!

It only uses very basic DOM and String operations so it should work everywhere.
