Sync Straion rules with Azure DevOps

Straion rules can be stored in Azure Repos and synchronized using Azure Pipelines. Git remains the source of truth, and Straion never requires write access to the repository.

1. Connect the repository

Install and authenticate the Straion CLI, then run this from inside your repository:

straion source repo connect
