Cold Brew Coffee

| What you need: | |
| 1 liter French Press | |
| Coffee | |
| Filtered (I prefer filter/ionzied water) | |
| Filter and filter basket (optional) | |
| Glass storage container | |
| Process: | |
| Measure 1 and 1/3 cup of ground coffee (I normally do a scant measurement) into the french press | |
| Fill with water | |
| Stir | |
| Let sit appoximately 6-8 hours (I normally set it up before bed) | |
| Press and optionally filter into a sealable glass container. | |
| To Enjoy: | |
| Heat water | |
| Mix per cup and enjoy | |
| (Most people go 1/4 concentrate to 3/4 water, I like my coffee a bit stronger so go 1/2 and 1/2) | |
| Concentrate will last easily a week in the fridge, though between my wife and I we normally go through a liter of concentrate in less then 2 days |
