Commands needed to create a new username and database in MySQL.

mysql -u adminusername -p
CREATE USER 'username'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'mypass';
CREATE DATABASE databasename;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON databasename.* TO "username"@"localhost" IDENTIFIED BY "password";
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
