If you have a MySQL database in XAMPP, and you're running a Flask app locally that needs to connect to that database, this works.

Thank you very much but i Seem to have an issue
sqlalchemy.exc.OperationalError: (pymysql.err.OperationalError) (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' ([Errno 2] No such file or directory)")

OS => Linux (Parrot) Debian distro
