epub: Checklist for InDesign to epub compatibility

Before layouting:
* Rename images. Image filenames should not include spaces and foriegn characters.
* Always use space before on paragraph styles and must be equivalent to css em.
Preping for epub:
* Remove all unecessary forced linebreak.
