1 (15 ounce) cans black beans | |
1 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans | |
1 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas | |
1 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans | |
1 (26 ounce) boxes pomi tomatoes | |
(2 cans chopped tomatoes can be substituted) | |
1 (15 ounce) cans corn | |
1 1/2 cups green peppers, chopped | |
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced | |
2 carrots, chopped | |
2 stalks celery, chopped | |
2 garlic cloves, chopped | |
1 tablespoon chili powder | |
1 tablespoon parsley | |
1 tablespoon oregano | |
1 tablespoon basil | |
1/2 teaspoon cumin | |
1/2 teaspoon bay leaves | |
30 ounces liquid, including: | |
* beer (no hops) | |
* soy sauce | |
* bean liquids | |
* broth | |
* pomi crushed tomatoes | |
Shredded Cheese | |
Oyster Crackers | |
Hot Sauce | |
# Directions | |
1. Place all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. | |
