Projector image positioning problem

This is my projector screen:

And that's how the image look like:

My problem is the marked area!

What I want it to look like:

• have no lens shift at my projector
• don't want keystone correction (because of the low quality image)
• use windows, so the tool or solution should work on that platform
• want to shorten the image horizontal (e.g. by changing screen resolution)
• don't want image compression (reduces image quality)

Any ideas?

EDIT:

The angle between the image and the projector is called offset. The only solution was to change the projector with another one which has a lower offset.
