Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga 3rd Gen Linux
1. remove WWAN module and install a Toshiba RC-100 NVMe
2. Working fans with the newest BIOS:
- if fans are not working and a new BIOS is installed downgrade first
- if fans are working and an older BIOS is installed update through "fwupd" or Gnome Software

3. Uninstall / disable if installed / enabled:
- irqbalance
- thermald
4. Install:
- lenovo_throttling_fix
