1. What words or phrases stick out to you? How would you define each of your top 5 talents in your own words?
"You are energized by the steady and deliberate journey from ignorance to competence" - This is definitely true. I can be dead tired about to fall asleep, and yet when I start learning something new, I wake up again.
"You thrive in dynamic work environments where you are asked to take on a short prject assignment and are expected to learn a lot about the new subject matter in a short period of time and then move on" - that's why I was a journalist for so long.
"You revel in taking the world we all know and turning it around so we can view it from a
strange but strangely enlightening angle."
2. Do these top 5 talent themes resonate with you? Why or why not?
Definitely, I think a lot of them focuse on learning, using your mind and thinking these through to come up with new ideas.
3. How have you seen yourself using each of these talents? How often do you see yourself using these talents?
4. When has it been difficult for me to be aware of this talent?
It's difficult for me to be aware when it's getting in the way. Sometimes learning gets in the way of action and getting things done. I need to know when to stop thinking and when to start doing.
5. What talents could you develop further that would help you in your growth at Turing and in your new career as a software developer?
I need to develop my achiever talent more to connect it to my other talents - then I can more done with the ideas that I have.

I need to keep learning and absorbing - and putting what I learn to use every day.

I think I need to figure out the way that I learn best - and as I type this, I realize it is by doing, by trying it out.
