 * Date of feedback conversation:

 * How did you prepare for the conversation? 
 reflected on time spen doing swapping pairs during bike-share with team members and our interactions there and in a group of 4 (very positive BTW)

 * How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult? 
 Nearly 100% positive.  The only hesitant was recieving completely fair feedback but initially receiving it as more of a harsh critique than an objective one.  All good in the end 

 * What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
 For some a shit sandwich doesn't fit the bill.  They've done everything in their competencies to contribute and made mention of their shortcomings with the material so really it's hard to ask anything more of them.  For others the shit sandwich is easy.  They've done a great job but there's one element that sticks in your craw as to how they've worked with the team, pointing this out cold and clinically and siting evidence for it makes the point easier to take.
