"We're still chatting (she's a personal friend and Rails developer with 10 years experience). I"m not sure i want to impose on her and she's still not 100% sure she wants to devote the time. Need to cast my net wider"

- How do you feel like this relationship will benefit you in your longterm professional development? "Introduces me to new concepts but at the moment i can only think of how it gets me out of jams. With time the help of such a person will beocme more clear as to how i can leverage it for more advancement. Too new in this space and the role is different than the role of mentors i had in my last pursuit.
