- sign a letter of intent + pay small amount of money
- if you hit certain goals it will turn into MSA (master service agreement)
- find a design partner to launch a pilot agreement
* How will your platform work?
* How big is your market?
- Think through bottoms up way of presenting this
- If we price at X and get Y% of market we're at ARR Z
