- 2lb turkey burger
- 5 Green Peppers cleaned
- 1 Sweet Onion diced
- 1/2c BBQ sauce
- 2c cooked brown rice
- Oven 350 degrees
- Dice onions small
- Cut top from peppers and clean out seeds
- Bring rice to room temp do not mix when rice is hot
- Mix Turkey burger, diced onion, rice, and BBQ sauce in bowl
- Pack mix into peppers till level at the top
- Place peppers into glass baking dish
- Cover with plastic wrap and then tinfoil
- Bake in oven for ~45 minutes or until internal temp is 160
