It's possible that they're just submitting listens in a loop with a bot, trying to game the system (pretty succesfully in this case). What's our policy regarding that?

What I think we're seeing is not an attempt to spam LB, but streamfraud meant to take cash off Spotify. Should we report that user to spotify?
