Thick, protein rich smoothie. Serves 2.
- 6 oz Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 peeled, frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- blender
- measuring spoons
- measuring cup
- Chop bananas into bite-size pieces.
- Add yogurt to blender.
- Add all other ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
