2-bean sala, no heat required, ready in 30 minutes. Serves 4.
- 2 qt mixing bowl
- 2 qt colander
- cutting board
- vegetable knife
- can opener
- lemon juicer
- garlic press
- 15 oz black beans
- 15 oz kidney beans
- 15 oz whole kernel corn
- 1 pt grape/cherry tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 13 oz tortilla chips
- jalapeno pepper
- Open, strain, rinse, and mix beans and corn.
- Slice tomatoes into fourths, mix.
- Dice bell pepper, onion, jalapeno (optional), mix.
- Squeeze juice from lemons, mix.
- Press garlic, mix.
- Mix in olive oil and salt.
- Serve with chips.
