This gist was created from the images released by the white house. Haiti was not on there.
I did pull official trade data from census.gov and calculated what I would expect what trump calls a "tariff" (Note tarrif is not the correct term to describe this number) to be for all 249 countries. The numbers he calls a tarrif a country imposes on us is actually a percentage that is equal to 1-(total exports/ total imports). And his "reciprocal tariff" is half of that with a base of 10% and max of 99%. Haiti does come in at 10% according to that formula
