After updating to HA Core 2023.11.0 this blueprint no longer works, and is throwing the following error: Blueprint 'Update notifications' generated invalid automation with inputs [list of parameters] .... Unknown device ''

After updating to HA Core 2023.11.0 this blueprint no longer works, and is throwing the following error: Blueprint 'Update notifications' generated invalid automation with inputs [list of parameters] .... Unknown device ''
same problem
I also have this problem, and this is not the only BP with the issue. You have to populate both device fields for notification for it to work again. You cannot leave a field blank.
Same issue. Thanks for the workaround!
Simply removing the reference to an additional mobile device solves the problem as well (assuming you don't need an additional device). You can also create a group of devices and select one of the devices from that group to alert all devices in that group. Here is a copy of the working script:

Can confirm the issue with devices. I a hlsoad to select the same device twice.
Confirmed: this solution allows the automation to be created. So strange though that both device fields need to be populated.
Same issue. Thanks for the workaround!
Simply removing the reference to an additional mobile device solves the problem as well (assuming you don't need an additional device). You can also create a group of devices and select one of the devices from that group to alert all devices in that group. Here is a copy of the working script:
