Thanksgiving Break Suggested Work

For all of our breaks this mod, we will not have any required work, but rather suggested practice for you all. If you ever would like feedback on your code, tag either Mike or Meg in a code review and we can leave comments.

The practice is broken down into three areas:

1. Mod 1 review
2. Rails Practice
3. Active Record Practice

Refresh Your Ruby Skills (Mod 1 Review)

Denver Public Library Challenge

• Denver Public Library is an old week 4 independent challenge from Mod 1.

Sorting Cards Project

• Sorting Cards is an old Mod 1 project. It has been used as a week 2/3 project in the past.

Rails Practice

Mini Shop

• Mini Shop is very similar to Adopt Don't Shop. Here is a completed version of Mini Shop for you to reference when you are done trying out this old Week 1 Mod 2 project.

Active Record Practice

Active Record Obstacle Course

• We suggest that you complete all weeks in the ActiveRecord Obstacle Course by the end of the Winter Break. For this break, make it a goal to get week 1 complete.
