Goto : C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config
Open : applicationHost.config
Find :  <section name="modules" allowDefinition="MachineToApplication" overrideModeDefault="Deny" />
Replace :  <section name="modules" allowDefinition="MachineToApplication" overrideModeDefault="Allow" />
