Preparing for Advanced Ember

Install some stuff

Make sure you have git installed
Make sure you have node.js v0.12 or newer
Install ember-cli v2.10.0
Install watchman
Download and install Visual Studio Code

Sign up for some stuff

Create a free Heroku account
Create a free Travis CI account
Optionally, create a free AWS account (we will only be using the free tier)

Clone a project (and run `npm install & bower install`)

Commently: The next billion dollar app, and a project for Front End Masters: Advanced Ember.js
